1. Eligibility: The PiePay Referral Program is open to all registered PiePay users who reside in India. Referral benefits apply only if the referred user is new to PiePay.

2. Referral Code: To participate in the Referral Program, users must have a valid PiePay account and a unique referral code. This code can be found in the user's account under the "Referral" section.

3. Referral Rewards when referred user acts as a Cardholder: When a referred user signs up on PiePay using a valid referral code and successfully completes an deal as a Cardholder, the referrer gets a referral reward.

   • The referral reward is ₹100 on the first successful deal with spend amount greater than ₹15,000 by the referred user

   • Referral reward is given once per referred user

   • In case of return or cancellation of the order corresponding to this deal, the rewards from that referral will be voided.

   • Referral rewards for Influencers will work as mutually agreed

   • Frequent buyers who enjoy extra benefits will not enjoy referral rewards

4. Referral Rewards when referred user acts as a Buyer: When a referred user signs up on PiePay using a valid referral code and successfully places an order as a Buyer, the referrer gets a referral reward.

   • The referral reward is 2% of the discount amount per successful order by the referred user

   • The referral reward is capped at ₹50 per successful order by the referred user

   • In case of return or cancellation of an order on the part of the referred user, the rewards from that referral will be voided.​

   • Referral rewards for Influencers will work as mutually agreed

   • Frequent buyers who enjoy extra benefits will not enjoy referral rewards

5. Earning Referral Rewards: The referral rewards will be credited to the referrer's PiePay wallet once an order corresponding to the deal by the referred user is settled successfully OR an order placed by referred user is settled successfully.

6. Qualifying Transaction: To be eligible for referral rewards, the referred user must successfully complete a deal as a Cardholder or place an order as a Buyer.

7. Reward Redemption: The referral rewards earned can be withdrawn to the referrer’s bank account via wallet. Users can check their available rewards balance in the "Referral" section of their PiePay account.

8. Fraudulent Activities: PiePay reserves the right to disqualify any user found engaged in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts, using fake information, or exploiting the referral program in any way.

9. Modification or Termination: PiePay may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time and without prior notice. Previous Referral Program has been updated to the current one, and all members of the previous program will continue to enjoy benefits according to the terms of the updated Referral Program mentioned here.

10. Abuse of Program: PiePay reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards if it suspects any misuse or abuse of the Referral Program, including but not limited to creating fake referrals or engaging in fraudulent activities.

11. User Responsibility: By participating in the Referral Program, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations, including PiePay’s overall terms of service and privacy policy.

12. Disputes and Decisions: Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of PiePay, and their decisions will be final.
